Push-up/dip swing throughs

For the first installment of "Building the Beast", I have a nasty little ladder for you. Most of you would have encountered a push-up or burpee ladder before, but for those who haven't, a ladder is when you perform one specific exercise and gradually increase the repetitions you do until you get to a certain point, then come back down (the ladder). For example, perform one push-up, go for a short jog, perform 2 push-ups, go for a short jog, and so on until you reach 15push-ups, then you come back down to one. In the end performing 225 push-ups.

The ladder I have for you involves push-ups and dips, and reminds me a lot of a gymnast on a pommel horse.
