THE DECK FROM HELL

I have a challenge for any of you who are willing. It’s called Deck from Hell. It will last 52 days, no rest, no time outs, just survival. Here’s what to do. Get a deck of cards, 52 cards, no jokers. Upon each one of these card you write a workout (see below). The suit or number has nothing to do with the workout, just write 52 workouts on 52 cards. The cards can be blank paper, it’s of no difference. Give the cards a good shuffle and put them in the box. Then for 52 days, each day you remove a card and do the workout it says on it, there will be no rest days in this time (marathon monk style!). Throw away the card each day, so you will never do the same workout twice.
