Set your alarm for 6am, pack yourself a lunch and get ready to train.
Today we’re going beyond the physical, beyond the mental and into the realm of spirit.
The goal is very simple. Start off by doing as many pushups in a row as you can. Whatever number you get to, add 50 more reps and that’s your goal. You then have the rest of the day to compete your task. You try, recover and try again when you think you’re ready. You either achieve your objective or spend the whole day trying.
