Swing Throughs
You’ll need two 20Ltr plastic containers or something similar to do this workout, preferably with handles. The lower these supports are to the ground, the harder the workout becomes. These containers need to be set about shoulder width apart. You can fill the containers with water to make them more stable. If you don’t have any then two workout benched or even chairs will suffice.
