Drilling parkour technique circuits or runs is an effective means of developing the physical fitness elements which are essential aspects of the correct and safe practice of parkour. I am going to look at a method of creating more intensity within these parkour circuits by adding in repetitions, drills and exercises with the primary aim of forging the strength and endurance which form such an essential and fundamental part of the discipline.
