Here’s a recent session, which I pushed a couple through, you can do yourself which is ladder based and then water/ladder based.
NB- this is intended only for the beach
Warm up
500 metre light jog in the sand
Return 500 metres of lunges- knees must touch the ground- hands on hips (no cheating)
