Spiderman goes to Hospital

Spiderman in troubleMost of you that are members will have watched the movie ‘Legs of Spiderman’. Well this is where we put Spiderman in hospital.

What you’ll need: A small hill about 10-20 metres long. Any gradient is fine, but the steeper, the better of course! I like the guys I train to do this with a 5kg weighted vest just to amuse me as they suffer.

Round 1

Sprint to the top and walk down 5 times through. As you reach the bottom you turn and sprint immediately with no pause for a static rest.

Round 2

Sprint backwards up the hill and walk down (forwards). Lots of falling over occurs here. Very funny. 5 times through.

Round 3

Shuttle sideways up the hill. It is important that you don’t turn your hips toward the top of the hill but rather run sideways with your feet and hips facing away 90 degrees. Perform both sides 3 times each.

Round 4

Bound up the hill 5 times making sure the bend in your legs doesn’t exceed 90 degrees. Bound continuously. Do not stop, prop and then jump again.

Round 5
