FINISHING STRONGER

Karate3-minute rounds.

This is a style of training that I have used to prepare for 3 minutes rounds of fighting. It helps teach you to put more in at the end and finish stronger. This is super important when fighting as the last minute is always going to be the most memorable for the judges.

Mark out a shuttle run, say 3 markers, 10m apart. One marker lays 10m from the start, the second lays 20m away and so on. Like a normal shuttle run, run and touch the ground at the first mark, run back to the start and repeat for the second the third markers. When you get back to the start do 10 pushups and repeat.
