Boxing Works LogoMan, I have been having fun lately. My self administered beatings are not only leaving me on the floor unable to move but are a true test of mind, body and spirit. Mostly though, I’m just having a good time.

I’ve been calling it the Hawaii 5 0 workout for a number of tenuous at best reasons which include:

  • It’s based on fifty reps
  • Bruce Lee used to work out to the theme music from the show Hawaii 5 0
  • I’ve never been to Hawaii
  • When you reach the big 5 0 you’re completely f*cked, not unlike the crims that the boys catch in the TV series

Enough stupidity, here it is.

I have been choosing upper and lower body exercises on alternating days. The basic premise is this:
