Versa Climber Carnage

Versa ClimberIf you have never had the pleasure of taking a Versa Climber for a ride then I think it is about time. Search it out at your gym (they look something like the picture below) and trust me it will be worth the effort.

Set the resistance to about 35%, climb on and take it for a ride. The goal is to pump out as many feet as you can in a 90 seconds.

Rest and then jump back on 2 more times and try and gain more feet on each attempt.
