The Wrecking Ball Drill

This is a very simple drill, and takes only 45 minutes a day to do. The drill length lasts for 45 consecutive days. All you will need is a skipping rope, medicine ball, a timer that counts backwards, an oval and some solitude. I wouldn't recommend this drill unless you're prepared for some 'Marathon Monk' style carnage (see Issue 6 of 'Spread the Insanity').

Day 1

- Skipping for 44 minutes
- Medicine ball throwing for 1 minute in all directions. Throw the ball in all directions (overhead, underarm, sideways). Throw as fast and as hard as you can. There is no rest between skipping and the medicine ball throwing.
