Why Chaos training?
Charles Darwin, in his classic book, The Origin of Species, describes what he means by ‘survival of the fittest’. He states: “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change.”
Whether in the sporting arena or the battlefield of life the ability to adapt is essential to success. Individuals need to be adaptable both physically and mentally. The more adaptable someone becomes, the less confusion is experienced in moments of pressure or stress. Chaos training is specifically designed to develop an individual’s adaptability to every changing circumstance.
