The Chaos Continues

So we’re back again at the doorstep of Chaos, on the edge of the unknown, feeling a little bit more comfortable than before. We better get rid of that feeling quick smart.

The Art of the Unknown

Like everybody, we have things we like to do and things we dislike. This stems from chores right through to training, sport and TV. Most of the lunatics that read this site will enjoy hard training, pain and a bit of suffering. Others enjoy the simple things in life like donuts and popcorn.

When it comes to self discovery, improvement in sporting prowess or intellectual pursuits there is lot to be learned from the study of other disciplines and how you relate to them. I think the modern term is cross training.
