Philosophical banter with a Traceur

Since this is an issue dedicated to Parkour and free running I thought it appropriate to take time to look, not just at the philosophy of these activities, but through the words of a traceur himself. Our very own resident lunatic Kelso wears many hats that include that of the traceur and also the philosopher. We have spent much time in philosophical discussion over the net. Kelso’s recent emails are both inspirational and thought provoking. Below you will find excerpts from a more recent communication between us that embodies the very foundation of spirit.
