Since last month’s article I’ve been inundated (Dr. Burns in particular) with requests to know why I take the gunge I do. Gunge has multiple benefits and like anything, multiple uses. All I can tell you is why I take the gunge I do. I’ll give you the main (not all) the reasons why I take what I do.
