Worry, stress and fear are extremely taxing on your body and dangerous to your health and well-being. I don’t know about you but I don’t have much time to be afraid anymore. I’m worried about terrorists. I'm worried about HIV. I’m terrified of getting cancer and MS and become addicted to drugs. There’s just no room for any more fear. Lucky then we are to discover yet again that (like SARS) our new international threat of bird flu is a complete croc of sh*t.
