Stretch of Hope

1. Bend forward at the hips and press with hands into the ground as hard as possible.
2. Suddenly relax completely and sink deeper into the stretch.
3. Stand on a book and repeat the process.
4. Keep adding books until you reach your limit.
5. For your final stretch go into the deepest pike that you can and hold for time.

And for those of you that thought you were escaping my ranting this month, you are mistaken!-
