100 Days of 100

There is not much for me to explain in this article. The explaining will be done by your action; the benefits experienced only through action. I cannot really describe in words what happened for it can only be experienced.

I am not going to go into great detail about the things I experienced doing this drill so that you can go and experience it for yourselves. But I will say this, my body ached, my mind came up with excuses, time got in the way, but I kept my spirit and will steady, in the end 'I' was no longer doing the technique, 'I had become the technique'. The spirit of the thing itself was revealed to me, and here, 'I' was no more, no duality, only action.
