A Month in Prison
Ok, Most of you will know the prisoner workout –
In a small room you perform 1 burpee then walk to the other side of the room/space and perform 2 burpees, back to the other side 3, and so on up to the max number in your ladder, then back down to 1. The most common starting ladder is 1-10-1 for those of decent fitness.
This challenge will last an entire month, you will train every day using the prisoner workout and it will be increasing every day, you can add any other training if you want, if so inclined and or crazy.
