Brutal Upper Body Beating!!!

OK Psychos, here’s a good old fashioned Brutal upper body conditioning ladder I’ve been doing at least once a week. It is not only extremely brutal, but it’s also very Parkour specific. It’s great as a general upper body bashing and makes you have to dig deep. I’ve been doing this once or twice a week now for the last month or so and the ladder itself is becoming easy, so I either add a finisher, or add weight, and I’ll move the reps up when needed - now!

You will need an area where you can perform both bar dips - the corner of a waist hight fence or wall is awesome, and something to do pull ups on - a tree, a bar, any over head bar, and room to crawl about in, some grit, some determination.
