This month’s profile is of Scotland ’s David Kelso, a recent descendent into the world of Mixed Martial Arts, specifically Cage Fighting! Whilst not being in the typical question and answer format we have become accustomed to, David was kind enough to shoot us an email of his life experiences and what has lead him onto the path he is now walking. I was going to write the piece about my path of truth after my fights, but the only time is present so here goes. I suppose it starts as far back as I can remember, growing up I was always different, not an outcast as such but kinda weird, I never bought into the standards society placed on us, I always wanted to be my own person. As a teenager, when the rest of the masses were engaging in discussions of soap operas and T.V programmes, I preferred to be in my room or outside training; something just drew me to hammering my body.
