Brutal Training is perceived as incredibly hard training and is only done by people who are a little bit crazy. You are one of the youngest people we've trained. How did you get involved with all of this training?
Through my friend Maxx and his Dad, Warren. They just told me to come down, check it out and talk to Haydn.
I didn’t know what to expect, I thought it would be really hard, but apart from that I didn’t really have any expectations.
How long have you been doing Brutal Training?
Just over a year. I haven’t been training any Brutal in about a month because I have been busy with school exams.
There is a group of about 5 young guys ranging from the ages of 12 to 16 doing the Wednesday night training. Do you think you or any of the other four guys are treated any different to the older people doing the training?
Nuh. No, I think in some aspects, say, if we were doing a special exercise such as military push-ups, the ones where you are doing a hand stand up against a wall, if we are finding it hard, the younger guys will just have to hold the position and not do a push up. But apart from that we are treated the same.
