Ross Enamait’s ‘Never Gymless’
No fancy title for this edition’s review, instead the title and author will suffice. Never Gymless by Ross Enamait (creator of www.rossboxing.com) is essentially a how to manual on bodyweight training. Bodyweight training is often something people disregard as sit ups and push ups only, with little variety and therefore little use. Hopefully everyone accessing our site has realized this is a load of crap as there is plenty of potential to build the kind of body you want through bodyweight conditioning alone. Never Gymless reinforces this point too, and whilst never dismissing weighted work (in fact sometimes complementing it), offers what is needed for an athlete to tailor their body to their discipline or sport.
