Infinite Intensity – Ross Enamait
Last edition’s review looked at Ross Enamait’s second book, Never Gymless and in this edition we are looking at his first book, Infinite Intensity, a title that sums the book up fairly well. Without going into any background summation (you can see that in Issue 28), Enamait’s training regimes are at the forefront for professional athletes, and are about pushing yourself to the limit and expanding that limit as you improve. This book is no poodles’ way of training. If you’re serious about improving, continue reading, if not, this book won’t be for you.

It is not an option.” As you can tell from that statement Enamait has predominately given us a book on how to better ourselves physically and he also addresses the mindset needed to achieve physical excellence. It is here that I find this book most interesting. “I will never live with the belief that I cannot achieve a goal. I will bust my ass to ensure success. I’ve been called crazy, but in my mind, it is crazy to waste your life away.”
