From Shawn Moody’s brainchild ‘Gamespeed’ (www.gamespeed.biz) comes ‘Xplode’ an agility ladder training DVD.

The Xplode DVD has some quality information and instruction on key agility aspects such as ‘force generation’, correct body position and ground contact. You’ll learn the basics of using an agility ladder correctly and exercises to assist you in developing both agility and speed.

The best thing about this DVD though, in my opinion, is the author himself. Simply watching Shawn perform the exercises was incredibly motivating and inspiring. The first thing I thought when watching it was “F*ck he’s quick”. When watching the DVD I recommend listening to Shawn’s cadence and feeling the rhythm of his motion.
