The book is called Stretching Scientifically by Thomas Kurz and gives you all you need to know about how to reach your maximum potential flexibility as easily as possible. Kurz’s background was through training in the Eastern Bloc back when they were dominating the world in sport specifically to do with strength and flexibility. Here he shares what he was taught in a simple to follow book that both goes through specific stretches and routines that will be beneficial to you as well as some of the actual reasons the body needs stretching and how it achieves it.
