The Sand Drag
Upon special request from Dr. Burns I am presenting the first of our ‘snakes’ from the ‘Snakes & Ladders’ section. As opposed to a ladder, the basic format of a snake is to move one way, in one direction for as long as possible. A great snake would be to swim out into the bay for as long as possible and then have to get back. Long, hard, slow, methodical grinding is the hallmark of the snake.
This particular snake is best done on sand or in mud. It is one we often do at the Wednesday DAT sessions that Brutal is now famous for. Serious joy!
