1-10-1 tuck jumps (catch good air, high jumps)

- WITHOUT REST PERFORM 10 MED BALL SWINGS
- WITHOUT REST PERFORM 1 TUCK JUMP
- WITHOUT REST PERFORM 2 PUSHUPS
