The only absolute is ‘there are no absolutes’. What about death and taxes I hear you ask? Well taxes are easy. Become a citizen of a tax-free haven like Monaco for instance. Perhaps even buy property in Ireland allowing you to become an Irish citizen with a EU passport. If you do this after changing your name by deed poll you can be issued with an Irish passport and driver’s license under a different name. Travel then around Europe under an assumed identity investing your money in foreign bank accounts. How about becoming a PT (perpetual traveller, permanent tourist) and never staying in one country long enough to obtain residency. Becoming a mariner and spending lots of time at sea is one way to do this. Some wealthy individuals buy rooms on ocean liners that travel the world never staying long in one port. Or start your own international bank in the Cayman Islands, loan yourself money and be permanently in debt TO YOURSELF. You get my point…
