All right folks time to right about something that really pisses me off and it’s not to do with nutrition and the Illuminati. There’s a shock!

A lot of people I train that have adopted Brutal Training principles have headed down a very insincere path. Once the body has been broken and mind crushed, if for but an instance, many people feel that they are somehow more advanced or that they’ve experienced something that others are unaware of.
