Welcome back to the home of Brutal Training. Yes, we've survived a whole month and now bring you the second issue of our online newsletter 'Shitfighter'. One of the questions I am often asked is "What exactly is Brutal Training?" The best answer I can give is that Brutal is not a training system it is a training philosophy. This website is an attempt to bring you this philosophy. Not so you can adopt some dogma as truth but rather that you may find amongst these articles enough to spur you on your own journey, a journey of self discovery.
