Take a look in the mirror

Like most of us I’m sure, at some stage someone has said to you, “take a good look at yourself”. But what does this actually mean? For most people it means, stand in front of a mirror and count their nose hairs or wrinkles. But taking a good, hard look at yourself can be a very enlightening activity. However, it comes down to interpretation…

For some of the more well rounded amongst us this statement has more meaning than just assessing their personal aethestics. It can mean reviewing their actions and assessing how their behaviour may be reflecting their self-image. Are you happy with your self?
