Most of you are familiar with the many and varied writings of David Kelso on our web site. You are probably also aware of David’s Brutal Europe blog (there’s a link to it on the Brutal home page). I have been very fortunate indeed to be involved in frequent email communications with the Little Lion and although we’ve never met I have developed a very strong affinity with him. Through ongoing discussion we have explored aspects of training and delved deep into the pursuit of truth. This has clearly influenced his personal evolution and is evident in his writings. Normally I wouldn’t extract material from Kelso’s blog and post it here but I found his most recent article ‘Spirit Moves’ to be so profound that I don’t want people who fail to go to his blog to miss out on such a wonderful piece.

I recently won a copy of the amazing - 'Hand Balancing Mastery Course' in an article competition set up by Logan Christopher over at http://www.lostartofhandbalancing.com/. I was obviously delighted and very grateful that I won the contest. Winning that contest however had nothing to do with me, at least not the small me, or ego identity. It had everything to do however with the true me, with the bigger I AM, with spirit. When we dedicate ourselves to an ideal with all our love and all our passion, when that ideal emerges out of our own true soul, when we surrender our egotistical wants and desires we become an expression of spirit, and the cosmic rushes to our aid, spirit helps itself.
