Truth beyond thought

Here I was contemplating what nonsense to write this month when a sensational email came across my desk (thanks Emma). It is a quote from the works of Jiddu Krishnamurti, one of the great philosophical influences of Bruce Lee.

I am a big fan of JKs and found these words to be particularly relevant to the fundamental philosophical principles of Brutal Training. Read on and see if what JK writes strikes a cord with you. Once read, go back and reread the Blood, Sweat and Coffee articles. Perhaps they will become clearer. To really understand Brutal and to really understand truth you must resist the urge to try and understand. Knowing is not knowledge.
