Mike Framke and GOYA Training

In this issue of ‘Stories’ I wanted to post an email from someone I admire greatly, the same guy that has written both the ‘Sport’ and ‘Building the Beast’ articles for this edition of the site. Mike Framke is a guy who has, through hard training alone (in particular Kelso’s Deck from Hell), conquered many of his own demons to rise above self-imposed limitations and find his place in this world as a coach, mentor and trainer. Mike is a specialist American rules football coach and all round psycho. His email to us is a shining example of someone that’s loving life and has got their shit together.
